About Us

We are a locally owned shop with craftsmen skilled in old school as well as modern mold making techniques. Wm Kline was founded in 1973 by William “Bill” Kline out of his garage in Woodstock, Illinois. In 1984, Mark Emricson joined the team and is the current company president.

We strive for superior customer service with the highest of quality products and services. From design to completion, our experienced team of long-standing employees is dedicated to fulfilling customer expectations, satisfaction, and meeting deadlines.

Capabilities

In our 5,500 sq foot facility we have the capacity to handle molds up to 3,500 pounds with a maximum size of 24” x 30”.

Milling

Milling machines can be computer controlled (CNC) or manual. They remove material from a work piece by rotating a cutting tool and moving it into the workpiece.

Wire EDM

Wire EDM machining works by creating an electrical discharge between the wire and the work piece. As the spark jumps across the gap, the material is removed.

EDM

Conventional EDM machines use a shaped electrode (usually made from graphite), a power source and a ram for propulsion.
